Cauli-Crust Brunch Pizza

  • 1 Cauli-Crust
  • 1/4 cup cooked pancetta, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3-4 fresh tomato slices
  • Grated parmesan cheese

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 500°F.

Step 2

Remove Cauli-Crust from packaging, and let thaw for 10 minutes.

Step 3

Top with sauce.

Step 4

Sprinkle with mozzarella and cooked pancetta.

Step 5

With the back of a spoon, make three wells in pizza to make room for eggs.

Step 6

Crack each egg into one of the wells.

Step 7

Top pizza with tomato slices.

Step 8

Bake in preheated oven directly on baking rack for 7-8 minutes, or until cheese is melted.

Step 9

Remove from oven, and let cool for 3 minutes.

Step 10

Cut pizza into 4 slices and serve.
