Asparagus, Prosciutto, and Parmesan Cauli-Crust Pizza

  • 1 Cauli-Crust
  • 1/2 cup part-skim shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2-3 stalks fresh asparagus
  • 1/4 cup shaved parmesan cheese
  • 2 slices prosciutto, chopped
  • Salt and pepper
  • Olive oil

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 500°F.

Step 2

Remove Cauli-Crust from packaging, and let thaw for 10 minutes.

Step 3

Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.

Step 4

Use a vegetable peeler to shave asparagus spears into thin slices.

Step 5

Add shaved asparagus slices to pizza.

Step 6

Top with shaved parmesan cheese and prosciutto.

Step 7

Drizzle pizza with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Step 8

Bake in preheated oven directly on oven rack for 7-8 minutes, or until golden and crispy.

Step 9

Remove from oven, and let cool for 3 minutes.
