Cauli-Crust is a great addition to any menu and works well as a healthy alternative to a traditional pizza crust. This crust has many applications and is ideal for many commercial uses.
Water, Cauliflower Powder, Cassava Flour, Tapioca Starch, Pasteurized Egg Whites, Organic Palm Oil, Arrowroot Flour, Chia Seeds Dried, Honey, Yeast, Flaxseeds.
1. Freeze Upon Arrival. 2. When ready to use, remove from package. Defrost for approximately 10 minutes. 3. Remove cardboard backer before placing in oven. 4. Preheat and set oven to 500°. We have found that this allows the crust to get crispy. Place it directly on the oven rack. DO NOT USE A PIZZA STONE. 5. If you enjoy a crispier crust, pre-cook crust for 3 minutes. If you are making a traditional pizza with pizza sauce & mozz, cook for a total of 7-9 minutes. All ovens cook differently. 6. For best results and a crispy bottom, allow your crust to sit on a cooling rack for 1-2 minute. ENJOY!

I am obsessed with these cauliflower crusts! I have tried to make my own cauliflower crusts, but it is very labor intensive, and the crusts are always too soggy, no matter how hard I squeeze the cauliflower! As I am trying to be Paleo-conscious, these crusts are great nutritionally and are extremely convenient! They get crispy and are so delicious! My husband and teenage kids love them too!

I’ve been on a quest to find a gluten free pizza that actually tastes like a pizza in terms of texture, consistency and taste. This pizza crust is the closest one I have tried. I was very skeptical when I heard about crusts made out of cauliflower, but I was pleasantly surprised when I took my first bite. The crust also had a sweeter taste to it which was a nice treat of sweet and salty with the cheese topping. I’m looking forward to trying more products from Blooming Oven. It’s going to be a lot easier than attempting to make my own cauliflower pizza!
